And yes, I will put emphasis on that - The newly-wed captivates Pranjetto Hills, and their emotions radiates and inspired BLK1 couples to do pictorial. Hahahaha.

Sorry, wala masyado pic ang newly-weds dahil nahiya bigla si Budec. He used to take pics ng mga BLK1 weddings upclose and personal.

I just came to realize na baka may hidden agenda si Budec. Well, just see the album.. madami-dami din syang pics.. hahaha

Well, as usual, I received a text message na 6AM daw kami magkikita sa Robinson's Metro East kasi bawal syang ma-late at aabay sya.

I'm hesitant kasi 6AM, comatose pako nun. My usual bedtime is 2AM - 3AM. To be there at 6, I need to wake up ng 5AM at the very least. Will have to get that 2 HR sleep.

Unfortunately, due to some circumstances 4AM na, I'm still awake. I think I managed to get an hour of deep sleep naman.

5AM when I started preparing, I sent a message na din to Budec and Carlo na I'll be going with them. Baka maiwan ako.

I was at the meeting place couple of minutes past 6. Andun na si Budec. ANNNNDDDD!!! iniintay namen sila carlo. But wala namang ten minutes naming iniintay ang ultimate labteam.

No time wasted, andar na kami sakay sa bagong red car ni Budec. :)

Naglabas ng tab si carlo, google map via GPS and we followed the blue line. As per the map, we just have to travel straight along Marcos Highway.

Que aga aga ang gaguhan ni Benedict and Usher. Si Mitch tulog. :)

GUYS, I LOVE THAT ROAD, THAT STRETCH o kung ano man ang taming description. The view is so breath-taking. Most especially, pasikat pa lang ang araw. It's a mix of Baguio and Bacolod and Pagudpud. Di ko alam na merong ganong view near Manila. At malamig. :)

Sa sobrang ganda ng view, sobra kami natuwa. The view really sets the mood. How I wish napicturan ko un. Well, di ko na ininsist na bumaba dahil wala kami idea kung anong oras kami makakarating sa venue.

While on the road, madaming ka-ungasan si carlo and budec. tablahan nilang dalawa.. mga antics and comments na super ineemphasize at kailangang paulit ulit. Mga comments na pilit sasalungatin pero ang ending iisa lang ang stand.

so ganun naman palagi ang buhay dito…

meron kami nakitang school bus and napag usapan ang 4 top schools sa Pinas, Ateneo, UP, UST and LaSalle.

For some reason, sabi ko mas bilib ako sa mga taga Ateneo, kasi most of the time, sila ung may sense kausap. Di masyadong academic ang usapan pero may point and always merong something to offer.
Kaya siguro wala sa top school ang UE… ang hihirap kasi nil a kausap and i took BLK1 as an example.

So there, bigla na lang kami tumigil. San ba ung simbahan na pupuntahan?

I really thought sa Tanay Church and we're on top of the mountain, sabi ko malayo pa.

Kailangan tawagan sila Dollie.

Maya maya nacontact din..

Naliligo pa lang daw ang holy family.

Anyways, nakita naman namin ung church…

We're one hour early… (masyado naman kasi maaga, dapat nakatulog pako konti.. hahaha)

We decided to grab something to eat. I left the cam sa kotse ni Budec. So bumalik ako sa parking lot (which is malapit lang naman) tapos pinakuha ni budec ung jacket nya.
When i opened the car, i get my cam but there's no jacket in sight.
I mouthed 'Asan ang jacket?"
Budec mouthed 'Sa may pintuan?'
Huwatt?? theres' none. Just a wallet..

Ahhh got it!

Wallet pala ang pinapakuha.. pagkabalik ko sa kanila, naisip nila na dalhin ang kotse at maghanap ng makakainan.
So ganun ang trip nila, pagurin si lek. Mga buset!

So ikot- ikot sa vicinity.

We found a canteen. (Shoot I forgot the name)
Pero hanap ulet ng parking malapit sa carinderia…
We found a slot. Pero may ale na nagwawalis…
"Pwede po ba dito magpark?"
"Teka lang tatapusin ko lang"
winalisan ni nanay ang parking space.. :|
So there, PARKED. Went to the carinderia.

Had Lomi, Pancit Canton and Bihon.. it was nice naman. And the serving is generous for 30P. :)
While eating carlo received a call. Magsisimula na daw.. Oops 9AM na pala.
Then, si budec din may call…
if i remember it right ang sabi ni budec ay
"Yes, I can hear you"
at todo english..
ang mga carinderia-girl at tryk driver ay nakanganga sa nagiingles na budec…

they are like "WHAT THE HELL???"

so paglabas ng carinderia, na sight ang innova nila Ae, lumampas.. pero nahabol naman. :)

We saw the Groom.

We rolled down the window and said Hi.

Ang Groom, tensyonado. di ngumiti. tumango lang. parang naasar sa nakita.. hahahahaha
kidding..

well, ganun talaga cguro. common observation lang. most of the time.. tense palagi ang mga groom. bihira ako makakita ng chillax na groom before the ceremony.

Then may sasakyan na humaharurot! ay muntikan na ma-late ang Holy Family..

The procession started..

Lutang ako.. di ko masyado namamalayan nangyayari… hahahaha sobrang antok.. walang tulog.

pero nagigising ako sa mga pictorial request…

yes.. inside the church.. may nagpo-pose…

i asked him din to take a picture of the couple… nahiya kasi ako..

he tried pero nagalit. Ano ba yan? Bitin ang lens mo..

pasensya sir… bili ako mamaya.. :D
hahahaha

so there, after the Ceremony. we headed to Pranjetto Hills. Going there, sumakay ako kay Sunny. Open air. :D

As always, documenting an eventful, insightful and foolish day. Making this very blogsite a repository in case someone needs a recall. haha

Yesterday we went to Quisao ulet to join Sonet's 4th Birthday Celebration.
The meeting place was at Mc Donalds near Sta. Lucia Mall Cainta at 10am.

I was there at 9:48AM.
They came 11ish.
Read a good 3 chapters of Mockingjay before they finally came. (By the way, I recommend this book, the trilogy of course, especially to those who loved Battle Royal. I think it will be epic on the big screen. Come March and 'The Hunger Games' movie will be released.. hahahaha)

As usual, may sariling sasakyan and royal couple (bornats and mary) and as usual ulet 'nakihitch' ako sa starstruck ultimate love team (carlo and mitch)

Dinaanan namen ang 'THE MONARCHS' (Ae and Marah with very cutie baby Yienne, naiisip ko pa lang si yienne nanggigigil nako) hahaha...

Unfortunately, di pala nasabi ni Carlo na merong exchange gifts and them being Monarchs had no time to check each messages sa FB. hahaha

So we stopped by a charms store named 'IVANKA'S TREASURE'. Alam na!

After taking all in what we have just seen, we headed to QUISAO.

It's around 2PM when we reached Quisao.

Pahinga konti.
Playing with Yienne, a very happy baby. Nababadtrip lang pag ang tagal nakaupo ng may hawak sa kanya.
My inaanak have those curious eyes and a very firm grip. :)
Always smiling din sya.

Then Sonet Dale's Party time. Thomas and Friends Theme. The holies were in cute Thomas shirts. :D

Si Olive ang host. Sabi nya ako daw opening prayer.
Sabi ko ayaw ko.
Sabi nya "for the opening prayer may we call ninong Alex" on the microphone.

So I did the opening prayer.
Nervously.

hahahaha

There are kiddie games of course.
And for adults.
We were invited to join Pinoy Henyo game.
I teamed up with Bornats.

The word was "katawan". (KATAWAN is actually the title of the song the celebrant performed during their school presentation).
I was able to get the word naman few minutes before forever... hehehed (2min).

Di naman kami nanalo. The other team got the mystery word 'BIRTHDAY' in 20 seconds or so...

Di pa kami naglunch... hahaha nagiimikan pano sasabihin na tomjones na.

THEN its buffet time.

pagpasok ko sa bahay ng royal couple eh may nagseserve ng food sa MONARCHS and Starstruck ultimate love team..

DISCLAIMER: Ung gift ko eh nabili ko couple of weeks before it was decided na ganun ung theme ng gift. So I insist that my gift does not describes me at all. haha

We used the new bunutan system we came up with nung nagdampa kami. That is kung ano ang gift nang pangalan na nabunot mo will be given to the person to your right.

And they have this rule na kelangan iexplain, you know, the kind of thing they do during a 'prayer class' where u speak and the people will clap and sing alive-alive.. ganun ba ung dating. harharhar

We begin these almost-non-sensical rotation of gifts with Dolls. Dolls pick was Bornats which will be given to ME as I stand next to Dolls, on her left. It was a mini USB speaker. A red one. :)
Why Speaker?
Bornats: Kasi naghahanap ako ng speaker.
All . "ano daw?"
Bornats: Kasi nga naghahanap kami ng speaker.

So ayun speaker best describes Bornats at that very moment. ohokey!

Then it's my turn. My pick was Marah. The person on my left was Mitch.
It's a lucky charm, an arwana made of gold coins.
Do we need to say why this describes Marah? hehehe
Mitch loved it. In fact she mentioned about lucky charms on our way to Antipolo. And she got it!!
see?! moments like these just shows how the universe conspires to give you what you want.. hahahaha... it might sound so material but shaking the paradigm, we can say it still applies. :)

Then next to Mitch was Carlo. Mitch pick was the conjugal gift from the Holies.
It was an umbrella.
I first thought because its blue and the Holies wear blue?! hahaha
But the simplest reason and a very heartwarming one is - because we provide shelter.
Alam na kung san pupunta pag wala kang shelter. Deym! My moneys on this.. T-H-E-Y W-I-L-L P-R-O-V-I-D-E !!!
(hahahaha kidding)

Then Carlo's pick was Marycel and on his left was Ae.
Ae got a headset.
Why headset?
sorry.. hahaha i didn't catch this one. All i remember was because Marycel was a good listener.
oh diba?

Then on Ae's left was Marycel and Ae's pick is actually himself.
Marycel got another charm. This time a dragon.
Sorry ulet I wasn't listening closely to Ae, di ko alam ulet bakit dragonny charm. Maybe because like his wifey, lucky!

Then sino pa ba ang dapat katabi ni Marycel?
Marycel's pick was Mitch.
Bornats received the 'pahirap mirror' from Mitch.. hahaha pahirap talaga?
di naman masyado that's just how i see things na kailangan pa iassemble.
Why Mirror?
One word mitch gave us. VANITY.

Then Bornats pick was ME and on her left was Marah.
Marah received a 'NANO Block'.

let me just tell you what nano block is just in case walang idea.
NANO BLOCKS are actually a toy puzzle very much similar to a LEGO but on a smaller/tiny scale. Its like a super miniature lego.

Dollie got a pillow.
Why Pillow?
Si carlo kasi masandal tulog.
nakakatulog kahit nagddrive... :|

So there. natapos din ang exchange gift.

a little later... there is a very nice looking dessert being served.

A BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE!

the kind that you can order from somewhere.

BUT TO EVERYBODY's SURPRISE. gawa ito ni Dollie..

Well apparently yes... we have a dessert chef. kung ano man ang tawag dun.
Sweetness/'Cheesyness' needs a little push.. hahaha ako na ang cheesecake connoisseur (tama ba spelling? pasensya na mahilig lang sa matamis! hahahaha.)
Perfect ang texture and i love the crust! :D
Good Job Dollie! pero hahanapin ko pa din kung san mo nabili! hahahahaha bad ko!

After devouring ourselves with the desserts (there's another salad, fruit and buco salad by Sunny), we decided to play the Pinoy Henyo game.

Christmas Dinner 2011

After much effort with the planning to convince every BLK1 to celebrate the Holiday Season together, we end up celebrating with the usual people we get to see every once in a while.

I don’t know. I’m sure most of them have their own reasons. There are reasons which I think are valid enough but some are full of crap. I appreciate those who have the decency to say they cannot come and the possibility is very slim but I still don’t get it when people say they would come but they actually don’t or won’t. Anyways, I’m not gonna brag about that. IT’S THE HOLIDAYS! AS USUAL AND AS EVER, WE HAD A BLAST!

(For the onshore people who are 100% sure will be celebrating with us if they are home and to the good ones who unfortunately cannot come but really tried, and of course to YOU guys who always been there, this entry is for you. )

As usual magsisimula ako sa nakakabang Phone Call ni Sunny.
Around 2PM when he called asking asan na ako.
Sadyang matraffic ang araw na ito at halos nilakad ko mula sa amin hanggang Green Valley which is along C5 umaambon ambon pa. Akala ko naliligaw nako kasi based on the description sent by Dollie, it is after Canley Road. I’m way past Canley Road and I haven’t seen any sign of the location. But then again, I was not looking intently (or should I say, high enough). So there, when I sent a message na “I’m Lost”, di ko alam na I’m just few steps na lang pala. Hehehe.

GREEN VALLEY, PASIG CITY
2:30 PM

So pagkapasok ko sa bowlingan, andun na ang Holy family and the Bachelor with the Bachelorette named “Dianne”. They were actually in the middle of the first game “Practice Game”. Di pa man tapos ang game eh meron nang injured – mga kuko ni Mommy Dollie. Then I joined the second game. We had some STRIKES (huha!), some SPARES and a lot of GUTTER SHOTS. Hehehe.

Then we asked people where they were. Pero ang ineexpect lang namin is si Monica and Josh, who by that time eh nasa WHITE PLAINS pa. Carlo and Mitch naman nasa UP Diliman pa.
(Hello guys 2PM ang assembly, di maliligo. Kidding! Mon and Josh attended a wedding pa kasi. Carlo and Mitch, di ko alam kung san galing. Hahahaha)
The other usual couple, by the way, are waiting for us sa Quisao. Sorry Bornats di na kami natuloy.

Then we had a very yummy chinese-y merienda. Pancit A and Pancit B ( I forgot how they are called). We also had shomai and liempo and fish something. Hahaha. Sorry naman, not a fan of Chinese foods. But I still can say, they are yummy. While eating, there’s a tourney going on. In fact ung lane lang namen ang di kasali sa tourney. Hehehe. We watched closely, noting every move of the hand, the wrist, the knee and the foot of the Pros. Syempre dapat ganun din ang porma namen!

Update with the late comers. Mon and Josh rerouted to EDSA. Carlo and Mitch are in WHITE PLAINS.

3rd Game.
Me, Sunny, Jun, Dianne (alternate with Dolls) had a rematch.
Okay! Okay, Jun is the highest scorer now followed closely by Iking. (Guys, don’t be too happy about the result, I wasn’t playing competitively at all! Hahahaha. Palusot)

5PM. The Bachelor and the Bachelorette needs to go. Meron pang importanteng lalakarin si Bachelorette. (Weh? Di nga! Canley Road is just around the corner with the group of flowers delicately ‘planted’ there. Hahahaha Peace Bachelor!)
So we said bye bye to the new couple (?). (Well too early for me to tell. O ayan. May bahid chismis ulet ito.)

4th Game.
Me Vs. Sunny.

Oo na lamang sya by two points.
Eto na ung game na ginagaya na namen ang porma.
Hold the ball with your right hand, left hand support. Raise the ball in level with your shoulder, elbows bend. Right foot first. Step one, and two and three and four. Bend your knees, release the ball without twisting your wrist. Slide your right foot on the floor at the back of your left foot with bended knees. (Promise this really looks like a pro.)

Then came Mon and Josh.

Unfortunately, the couple wasn’t able to bowl. It’s almost 6pm na din kasi. Carlo and Mitch are still in White Plains by this time. Then Josh advised them to reroute to EDSA. Can you imagine that? EDSA is a better option this time! OOOHHH… 2012….

We decided to transfer na lang sa Tiendesitas and dine there.

6:00 PM

We literally tumambay saglit with the dogs. We’re in the pet village. Sunny with that look na gusto ng aso. Kaso hanggang look lang may sinasabi si misis kasi. Hahahaha. (Peace!)
After few minutes, dumating din ang ULTIMATE STARSTRUCK LOVETEAM. We decided to dine na lang dun sa parang food court sa Tiendesitas. Carlo, Sunny and I went around to see what we could have for our Dinner.

DEYM!!! Ang mamamahal. Platito lang ang servings.

It was decided na ako, sunny and carlo will go to the wet market. (sinabi ko na ngang ayoko eh, pero syempre wala ako magagawa)
We bought Shrimp, Squid, Maya Maya, Liempo, Tahong, Lobster, Crabs, Seaweeds, etc. Hehehe Joke lang, we bought only the first five seafoods mentioned.

We had Bibingka and puto bumbong while waiting for our food, niluluto pa lang.

Drinks were served.
Then the rice was served followed by the Butter and Garlic Shrimp.
In no time there’s the Squid Adobo (which by the way, are YUM)
Galit-galit muna.
The baked tahong were served.
Then the Sinigang sa Miso na Maya-maya.
Then a little later, the Liempo.

Galit-galit.
Ang magsalita, magugutom.

Now it’s time for a mumunting Da Who!

Subject: Girlash with a shrimp dash.
Da who itong girlilet na ito na biglang sumigaw nang “AY” sa iba’t ibang tono.
Bakit sya napa AY?
Ang isang hipon ay waring may buhay na tumalon-talon papunta sa kanyang lap.
Da who itong girlilet na ito? Walang sinabi si snow white sa kanyang complexion pati ang very red (as in uber red) na lipstick. Itago naten sya sa pangalang – MinekanikonimonicoangmakinanangmanikaniMonge. Ayun na!

Da who itong Bully Seafood na ito na gustong paiyakin ang namachong penguin sa mga kanta ni Minerva McGonagall (from previous issue ng Da Who). Super kwento si Bully Seafood sa kanyang karanasan abroad, kung pano tumulo ang kanyang mga luha nang malayo sa pinakamamahal na asawa na itago naten sa pangalang Di-bULLY Vidaloca. Pero infairness kay Bully Seafood sinabi naman nyang sa simula lang ang kanyang Justine-timerlake-cry-me-a-river mode. Da who si Bully Seafood – itago na lang naten ang pangalan nya. Wala ako maisip eh.

I came up with a plan!

Folded the paper which is actually Mon’s ATM receipt and tear it to 8.
7 papers are used. 3 will have a nonsense verbiage indicating na wala syang iuuwi.
1 paper written with ‘SOUP’
1 paper written with ‘SHRIMP’
1 paper written with ‘LIEMPO’
1 paper written with ‘ADOBO PLUS’ (+ tahong actually)

I carefully folded the papers.
Ayaw nilang bumunot ng basta bunot lang. Gusto nila may twist. So ang nabunot mo ay para sa taong nasa left mo.
Bumunot na isa-isa. Ang matira syempre sa akin.
Sunny for Lek: BEHLAT (BLEH! Di ako maguuwi, or magbibitbit ng malansang bitbitin.. haha)
Dollie for Sunny: SHRIMP
Mitch for Dollie: LIEMPO
Carlo for Mitch: ADOBO PLUS
Mon for Carlo: CHATIME (serysoso sana to kaso di naman sineryoso)

After that heavy and sumptuous dinner na may kasama pang sakit sa tyan na tawanan. We decided to go to CHATIME.

After ordering our teas, nagpictorial lang sa magandang ambiance ng tsaahan.
Kwento kwentuhan. Laglagan.
Pahinga- pahinga. At dahil may wi-fi… wala na. naging cyber na ang mga tao for a couple of minutes.
Then around 10PM, nagpaalam na sila Mon and Josh.
Mon handed us a gift! THANKS MON!!!

By the way: ATTN: MARAH and AE. May mga regalo na nasa aken for you, 2 for Yienne and 1 para sa inyo nang dalawa. 

We wrapped up with a photo-ops. Continuous shot.
First sakto lang.
Second set dapat walang tatawa.
Third set dapat excited.
Hehehe..
Baliw baliwan mode.
Who cares what other people (in there) thinks?
Who cares if we literally made our place like a mess?
Who cares if we laugh out loud?
Who cares if we act like teenagers doing the crazy poses in front of the camera?

But me.
Yeah I think I do.

These are the things that are worth remembering.

Hello..

I'm supposed to do this last night kaso bagsak nako pagkadating ko. hehehe
So here I am again.. blogging with SIMPLE PLAN's Welcome to my Life music. :D

So Pagpasensyahan nyo na at parang inari ko na ang blogsite na ito.. magpost kasi kayo mga friends... anyways..

Last Sunday, October 9 meron ulet isang event, memorable event we just shared.
We welcomed another block one baby to the Christian World.
Baby Ada Marie Ivanka Fallaria Escultura Junior.
Syempre walang Junior.. baka batukan ako ng nanay.. hehehe

So ayun... start tayo ng araw KO! yes ako ulet.. araw ko ulet.. unless ishare nyo ang araw nyo.. ako na muna ha.. ako na! ME ALREADY!

so yun, night before pala muna
katext ko ang holy family, royal couple, the bachelor and the ultimate starstruck loveteam (USLT). so lahat sila katext ko at lahat sila kasabay ko
pero lahat sila iba iba panggagalingan
hahaha
ako na!
so namili na lang ako..
lalayo pa ba ako
eh di dun nako sa taga pasig din
sa holy family ako sasabay!
(minsan enjoy talaga kasama tong mga toh.. wala ka na proproblemahin sa pamasahe... sana lang wag nyo ko singilin sa susunod haha)

so there.
meeting time 10:30 at Pioneer Center.
I was there at 10:15 AM (ano ka ngayon iking?! di ako late!! hahaha)

DI ko mawari kung di nya kinaya ang bigat ng bola ng biglang nahulog sa kanyang kamay o sadyang sinubukan nya itong idribble. ANYWHO. DA WHO itong bowlingerong ito? meron syang nunal sa mukha.. di sa noo, di sa pisngi kundi sa baba.. nunal na may sariling balbas.

DA WHO itong bowlingerong ito na isa pa din pa lang instructor. Mega turo ang bowlingerong ito sa mga first timer kung paano hawakan ang bola.. Mega turo ang bowlingerong ito pero wala naman nangyari sa mga itinuturo nya... mabuti na lamang at chill sya nung oras na yun. Da who itong bowlingerong ito? Medyo highblood sya palagi pero pag nakakain na nang LECHON BABOY.. humihinay sya.. lowblood na. DA WHO ang instructor bowlingerong ito? Itago na lang naten sya sa pangalan na JUNGLE GUBANGCO.

DA WHO itong bowlingerang ito na ayaw daw magbowling dahil ang bigat ng bola. Pero nang nakatira na ayaw na paglaruin ang kasama. kanal dito kanal doon pero sige lang.. kahit mabali bali ang kuko, hala igulong ang bola. DA WHO itong bowlingerang ito, itago naten sya kay carlo. este. itago naten sya sa pangalang MINERVA MCGONAGALL.

DA WHO itong bowlingerang ito na una'y ayaw magbowling kunwari'y nahihiya. Ngunit nang makatira at madaming napatumba. OLA! biglang naging dalaga. (ano daw?) hahahaha
Unay ayaw pa maglaro ngunit isa sa tawa ng tawa at halatang nagenjoy ang BATA. DA WHO itong bowlingerang ito? itago naten sya sa pangalang My BABY (ROCK MY BABY B<*S&D)

DA WHO itong bowlingerong ito na akala mo'y may ka-sparring sa bowling alley.. (KOYA! HINDI YAN GLOVES.. BOLA YAN).. iniiswey iswey pa nya ang bola habang medyo nakayuko na parang may pendulum sa kamay bago itira. Ayaw ko na dagdagan baka sa susunod na lakad eh may black eye ako.

"Ang Ineet"

one day last week, I sent an email to some with that title.
Actually sa sobrang init that time,
I want to take off my shirt and flaunt my abs
and do some backstroke sa pool, mga ten lapses.
hehehe

so i sent an email suggesting another chill chill bonding sa resort

at may nagreply agad
sabi nya "SIGE.. ^#&$ *#*$7 W($)&#@^"

so there..
everyone agreed and all wanted it soon

so we decided to take a quick plunge sa CME Taytay.

Friday night, The Holy Family suggested another resort...
PUNTA DE FABIAN
I checked it agad sa net and I was like "WOWWW!!! may ganito sa baras?"
So I agreed with Sunny.
So I texted him.
and I texted him again.

Kulang na lang sabihin nya "ISTORBO KA NANONOOD KAMI NG THOR MAGJOWA"
so itinulog ko na lang.

i sent a headsup na lang kay jun and carlo sa possible change of venue.

Saturday Morning biglang nagring ang fone..

"Walang hiya kanina pa kita tinatawagan ah" Sabi ng mama sa kabilang linya
"Sorry naman, di ko naririnig" sabi ko naman sa kanya
grabe no, ni walang kamusta o good morning o simpleng hello..

iritable!

so sinabi nya na nakapaginquire na sila sa Punta de Fabian and he told me the details which I forwarded to Jun and Carlo.
Tumawag si Carlo sa isang fone... dami tanong as usual..
tapos sabay tumawag si sunny sa kabilang fone...

di bale sana kung parehas tenga ko nakakarinig...
sabay ko sila kakausapin pero di talaga kaya.

so binaba ko muna si carlo at sabi ni sunny kelangan na daw ng headcount.

Then came Sunday.

I woke up at 5am, texted Carlo na wag nako gisingin kasi gising nako at nagreply sya agad.. akalain mong gising na din sya?
So ayun, I left our lilliput-inspired habitat few minutes after 6am.
took a cab
nasa meeting place nako by 6:25AM, im 35 minutes early.

We had a quick breakfast at McDo.
Few minutes past 7 were on our way.
Syempre text text with our fellows kung asan na sila.

Si Manong Driver, cool na cool sa pagdadrive...
pero minsan biglang kakanan tapos magtatanong "kakanan ba?"

so buti na lang si Manong driver ay very observant napansin nya na ayun na pala ang resort
naroon sya sa tapat ng Tindahan ni Aling Ester.

so there, nagtanong pa kami sa mga tao dun kung meron pang ibang entrance sa resort.

kuya kim greeted us
sabi nya "Alam nyo ba na ang Punta de Fabian ay nasa itaas lamang? Ang tanong may reservation ba kayo?" (syemre fiction na ito hahaha)

sabi ni Carlo "ung kay Dollie Mangalus po"

pero pinapasok kami na parang wala lang

we agreed naman na maganda nga talaga ung resort...

then maya maya may puting sasakyan na dumaan... sila na un.

naginquire si dollie regarding our room
then ayun inayos na namen ang aming mga gamit.

then we went to the "tree top" kainan..

we waited for our lunch there

after 37 years, dumating din

then past lunch time tumawag si jun

yes floating resto, may nakapag wyngardium leviosa sa resto at nakafloat ito sa hangin..
pero napagod yata kaya sa tubig na lang nakafloat ang resto..

so yun sabi ni carlo kay ryan paalis na kami, pero di pa kami nakakaligo lahat.. harharhar
sabi ni carlo nasa parking na kami pero nagpipicture picture pa

quick dinner lang dahil medyo gabi na din..

as usual.. the phone ringing woke me up..

i took a shower
brushed my teeth
and rushed outside with my outing pack

hehehe
usapan is to fetch Ma-nga-lus family sa Kapitolyo, Pasig at 4am.
4:20 when i was able to get a cab..
in less than 10 min andun nako...
after fetching the Ma-nga-lus family we went straight to the meeting place - 'The Southgate Mall, Magallanes'.

We arrived there few minutes past 4:30AM.
andun na si Kathy, sitting in front of Jollibee. (pinahiram na daw sya ng manong guard ng monoblock :( sa sobrang tagal namen.
Sorry Kat, but the most punctual award goes to you :)

after a few minutes, dumating na si Elena.
then dumating na din si kuya Hernan, yung inarkila namen driver of course with sasakyan.
then in no time dumating na din sasakyan ni Bornats with Marycel and Jun.

No time was wasted. We decided to eat breakfast at McDo or Jollibee along SLEX.
So punta na kami dun, Ma-nga-lus' bags and Len's were transferred sa sasakyan ni Bornats. Kathy and Mine remained in our rented Sportivo.

So yun.
We're moving and we are on schedule - NOT
Something unexpected happened sa sasakyan nila Bornats..
hulaan nyo, was it:
a) flat tyre
b) walang gas
c) naiwan manibela

hehehe
wala dyan.. basta something unexpected happened, but all was well :)

so we, (Len, Kath, Sunny, Dollie, Sonet and I tska si manong driver), ate breakfast at McDo.
We are supposed to do something like a convoy pero dahil nga sa mga pangyayari eh iniwan na namen sila.. wahehehehe..

We headed to Laiya Batangas...
Going there is no match sa GPS enabled Samsung Tablet ni Sunny..
SUSYAL!!!
Kaya pala inglisero na sa email sa sunny...
oo, meron na syang "im tired" "i need a break" comment ngayon! :D

While on our way, baby SONET ay napa burp... (uu burp lang, hahhaha)
pero kelangan nya magpalit. BUT WAIT!!! THERE IS A FFROVLEM!!
nakay bornats ang gamit si SONET...
BUT HEY! HEY! HEY! that's not a problem anymore, it was resolved ANYMORE (hehehe)
pinahiram ko ng damit si SONET.
syempre sobrang laki sa kanya... pero i think ayun na ang nalalapit sa size nya.. hahahaha

I think, in about 2 hrs from our breakfast nandun na kami sa Virgin Beach Resort...
The crew sa beach were very nice naman to welcome and assist as kahit na hours early than our check-in time. If I am not mistaken, we're like 4 hrs early?? or 3? hehehe

so yun, then ung nasa kabilang sasakyan eh andun na din naman.
We settled our things.
We took our pictures.

we're hungry but lunch will be served at 12 nn pa.
mag 10 am pa lang, gusto nilang balikan ung mga nadaanan na pusit and other seafoods on our way to the resort. but we end up buying ice cream and juices sa isang convenience store.
so dessert muna bago main course.

@12noon, we had our buffet lunch
A gravy soup (?), Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet, Grilled Pork Chop, Marinated Chicken. Fruit Salad for desert.
Verdict: Pwede na for a hungry tummy

after lunch, most of us had siestas including me.
at around 3PM I woke up,
Jun Bornats Marycel Sunny and I decided to go for a swim..
everybody had their swim wear.. pero bakit natawa si ELENA AT SI KATHY sa aking SCUBA ATTIRE???
walang pakialaman, kanya kanyang trip yan.. hahahaha

so there, while mother and child was asleep
we enjoyed the waters
then Kath and Len joined us..

we looked around and saw people posing in front of cameras
doing weird poses
mga pangprofile pic sa FB
they do jumpshots too.
which i think not cool na.. hahaha

after swimming sa cold waters, we walked along the stretch and visited other resorts.

we went back to the convenience store to buy tanduay ice, and ice
pulutan and playing cards
and of course ang gagamitin sa pinoy henyo...

we had dinner first ( I forgot the dinner but still can give the verdict: YUMMY- NOT)and fixed our selves for a good night sleep.
pero we played pusoy dos muna bago matulog
una, bara baraha lang
then one by one may mga chores na no one was willing to do
hahahahaha
like kuha ng monoblock sa chapel
and itransfer electric fan from the air-condition room to the fan room
(yes, we rented two rooms, 1 air-condition for the girls, and us dun sa kubo but very nice and comfy room)
so ayun, ang matatalo sya ang gagawa ng chore
1st task: maglalagay ng yelo sa bawat baso para sa tanduay ice.
loser: Sunny (sya ang may pakana nyan! hihihi)
2nd task: kumuha ng monoblock
loser: Bornats "baket kasama ang pagbalik? eh ang pinagusapan eh kukuha lang"
hahaha (as much as i want to blog every details, i cant remember them, all i know is papalakas ng papalakas ang twanan)
3rd task: ilabas ang electric fan
loser: Bornats "ilalabas lang ha" hahahahaha (pero actually kasama ung sa pagtransfer sa kabilang room)
4th task: maglabas ng second set of tanduay ice, ice, chichirya at KITKAT
loser: Lek "hindi ko makita ang kitkat" ( eh kaya naman pala! ung 2 stick na natira, i was looking for a big 1 na pagsheshare-an nameng lahat)
5th task: nakalimutan ko
basta si jun naman ang gagawa
and so on..

just imagine the fun of playing the cards

then we shifted sa best activity of the night..

woke up about 7am, to find out Dollie and Sonet with Kathy had a morning swim
we had breakfast (Coffee, Fried Rice, Scrambled Eggs, Fried Bangus, Corned Beef, Tocino and Fresh Fruits. VERDICT: Who Cares?)

so we did morning swim.

Jun, Sunny and I had a massage...

took some pictures while kulitan of course..
enjoying the company,
enjoying the weekend with the best people :)

we decided to have lunch and some coffee at tagaytay
pero nagising ako sa sta rosa na pala kami punta

had lunch sa isang place i dont know what the name of the place is...
hehehe
but its a good spot

we had lunch at a chinese resto
and to our dismay
very poor service
so there you can conclude we haven't had a nice meal all through out the weekend..
our chips are yummy by the way, if there's one thing to consider on the food category.. hehehe

so un bought some pasalubong.

naghiwalay ng sasakyan.

naghiwalay ng daan.

balik sa kanya kanyang buhay.

one good memory to fill our archives.

one good experience that we all want to do all over again...

well well well... let me tell you my story... it was supposed to be posted in multiply
lek's twisted mind decided to have it here...

hehehe.. it's a sunday night and i still got a week vacation ahead...
i actually had almost the entire month of april na bakasyon..
4 days lang ako pumasok (ung 2 half day pa!)
thought it was fun, but it never was... :( DANG IT!!!
i was able to catch up with my readings though
actually i did more than catching up...
(could you imagine? pinatulan ko pati twilight saga... ahahahaha but it prove me something... it is really a juvenile trash ahahaha... sorry sa mga fanatic! so now i'm back to berry and will try to have sergei's.. hehehe)

SO THERE! I've got the whole week to spend...
still don't know how to spend it...

out of boredom i've already tried watercolor-pencil... the inner van gogh was finally unleashed.. hahahahah

then i joined one contest sa powerbooks, unfortunately it wasn't published but they gave me a sedaris' book... ( kala ko i could choose any title.. di pala... nweiz. its free.. not bad)

then i made a coffee table book for a dear friend .. and i got a super expensive round of applause... hahahahaha (yeah... my batchmates just praised it... next time i'll charge them na, i spent three sleepless nights for the storyline and doing the layout!!)

then i planned to go to acuatico resort (ALONE)... para naman may summer outing din ako... but aside from the weather (which is really not normal), the way to resort includes an hour of trike ride (i learned about it last week) it's in laiya batanggas... syempre cocommute lang ako...whoahhhh... di ko yata gusto yun! crap! plan cancelled.

SO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO GO OUTSIDE THE BORDER OF MANILA THIS COMING WEEK... I AM VERY VERY VERY ON THE GO... I'VE GOT MY THINGS ALREADY PACKED!!!! WAG LANG OUT OF THE COUNTRY... BAKA DI AKO MAKAUWI.. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
